Ali is a Development Associate focusing on mixed-income, middle-income, and affordable housing projects including public-private partnerships with unique capital stacks. Ali assists with deal sourcing and manages predevelopment including due diligence, contract management, design, entitlements, and financial modeling. Prior to joining Edlen & Co., Ali worked in commercial real estate as a Broker focused on office and mixed-use leasing, acquisition, and disposition, including the representation of several nonprofit organizations.
