From the acquisition and repositioning of existing multifamily assets, development of new middle-income housing, and investment in middle-income senior living and memory care facilities, Edlen & Co. leverages our expertise in sustainable development, redevelopment, asset management and knowledge of complex financing structures to invest in a wide spectrum of mixed-income housing initiatives.

With a goal of responding to urban gentrification, affordable and middle-income housing is the core focus of Edlen & Co.’s investment strategy. Our extensive experience encompasses the structuring of deeply affordable tax credit developments and mixed-income inclusionary housing as well as the acquisition and preservation of naturally occurring affordable housing. Our approach creates sustainable economic impact while generating risk-adjusted institutional returns.
