With over a decade of experience in affordable, mixed-income, and market-rate housing development, Anna has contributed to projects with total projected deal values exceeding $600 million, managing budgets totaling over $250 million, and encompassing more than 1,250 units. Her expertise spans the entire development lifecycle, including site identification, due diligence, underwriting, acquisition, entitlements, design, permitting, financing, construction, and lease-up/stabilization. Anna has also partnered with and worked for nonprofit organizations on numerous developments, reflecting her dedication to impactful, community-centered work.
