Senior Accountant

Lisa’s responsibilities as Edlen & Co.’s Senior Accountant include assisting the Controller with financial reporting, development project draw processing, treasury management, and full cycle accounting. She also works closely with the development and finance teams, and external audit and tax teams. In her previous 13 years at Gerding Edlen, Lisa worked as a Project Accountant on a variety of multi-use development projects, implemented the accounting software for their property management division, and worked as Property Accountant on several residential and commercial properties. After starting her career in public accounting, the majority of Lisa’s experience has been in the real estate and financial services industries. Lisa graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Accounting.
