An epicenter for arts and culture
The Patricia Reser Center for the Arts, (PRCA) is set to be the epicenter of art and culture in Beaverton with a 550-seat proscenium stage theater, art gallery, outdoor plaza, events space, arts education studio, and administrative office space. This new center will allow for professional performances both local and touring, educational programming, and space to help foster local arts groups.
Included within this project is the Beaverton Central Parking Garage, which will be the City of Beaverton’s first public parking garage when completed in 2021. The seven-level Garage will include 350 stalls of parking (270 public parking stalls and 82 parking stalls reserved for district residents), over ground floor lobby, commercial retail, as well as loading and other back-of-house support spaces for the adjacent PRCA. The Garage will serve the parking needs for PRCA events as well as public parking to support Beaverton Central’s continued development.
